Capabilities of the Information Resource Manager

The services available through freightWorks can be employed for prototyping, trials or piloting of Enterprise Architecture Integration initiatives. The service inventory is presented here using the Government of Canada's innovative business transformation strategy (BTEP) which is based on the Zachman Enterprise Architecture Framework.

Demonstration

The BTEP SIAM chart chains the services into an inventory where each service is geared towards an outcome intended to affect the various needs of a target group or customer. Each service described provides outputs that can be categorized into output types. The output is usually an information resource that can be used by another service or delivered to a targeted group.
